<3 Land

It's a place where people make the same mistake twice, thinking with their heart and not their minds. A place where people treat emotions like toys, they pick them up and put them down whenever they feel like it. Heartland once use to be peninsula, is now an island like Hawaii, symbolizing the pieces of a broken heart shaken up by the constant earthquakes reminiscent of the constant lies. It's where the feelings for someone else goes up and down like the rising and setting of the sun. Heartland, where every street is a one-way streets, dead ends and no outlets. A place where you don't wanna be if you're looking for love its on the other side of the mountain you've worked so hard to reach, but just remember, what goes up...must come down.
